It’s scary to own and step into our power,The Child Within

Co-dependence is where you don’t know where you end and someone else begins. You can’t tell the difference. In relationships, the codependent thinks and feels all the feelings of the other person with no concept of self.



Why do they do this?



Because it’s certain. It’s easier to outsource your decision making power to someone else. That way you don’t have to take risks.



It’s scary to own and step into our power,The Child Within



The same can be said with our world.



Are you not exploring your child within because of wars, famines, tragedies, etc? Are you waiting around for the world to be a utopia before you get started?



Bad call.



If you are, you’ll be waiting for the rest of your life.



Part of the experience of being human is the dark stuff. And while we would never want to minimize the pain life and doing everything we can to make less pain in our world – We would like to suggest that what’s happening in our world is not strong enough to hold you back from being who you know your child hidden within can be.


 Our child within is rebuilt by being ripped apart and healing from the ordeal.



We all feel the tragedy of our world. We all feel the sorrow. But that does not mean that our child within can reconnect and cannot live in reconnected bliss.


We cannot cure the world of all its sorrow. But we can participate joyfully in the sorrows of the world.



And what’s ironic, that that we can participate joyfully in the sorrows of our world, we make our world a better place. All are healed when one is healed.



Don’t wait around for your world to be a better place. Start now and make your part of your world a better place. That is how your world heals.



Right now, starting with you.



Let’s not use sorrows in our child within as a reason to hide our child within. Let’s use the sorrows of our child, as inspiration to live an incredible life –  doing so will impact not only ourselves, but also all those we come into contact with.
